These are Ovela Studios’ provisional website terms. Each project is confirmed in its own agreement before work begins, and these terms will be updated when final wording is approved.
Website information
Information on this website is provided as a general introduction to Ovela Studios’ services. Package descriptions and starting prices do not form a final quotation or guarantee that a particular feature is included.
Project agreements
Each accepted project will have an agreed scope, price, payment schedule, responsibilities, revision allowance and delivery expectations. That written agreement will take priority where it differs from general website information.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, suitable content, timely feedback and the rights to use any material they supply. Domains should be registered to the client or their business wherever possible.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing terms for completed work, templates, third-party materials and working files will be set out in the project agreement. Ovela Studios does not use website ownership to trap customers.
Ongoing services
Maintenance, hosting management and Ovela Care are separate from the initial build unless expressly included. New pages, redesigns and substantial functionality are quoted separately.
Availability and changes
Ovela Studios may update website information, packages and these provisional terms. Material project changes will not be applied retrospectively to an agreed scope without discussion.
